A Dog's Life
A woman told a marriage counselor that her husband's complaint
that he leads a dog's life is probably well founded.
"He comes in the house with muddy feet," she said, "tracks across
my clean floors, barks at nothing, growls at his food and makes
himself comfortable on my best furniture."

It is no secret that dogs are smart. They can do almost anything! I once had a dog that refused to use the newspaper when he was being potty trained until he had read the whole thing! This same dog understood everything we said so that we were forced to spell certain words, like hamburger, bye bye, and "give the dog a bath," this last one would send him under the bed to hide. - Unknown
